What can I expect to see and hear about the new Edu-Plex?
The Edu-Plex is designed to be on the cutting edge of a movement in student achievement unlike one that has ever taken place in Miami-Dade County Public Schools on such a large scale. Here is a hint of things to come:

Who may attend? Any Highly Qualified experienced teacher, holding a valid teaching certificate.
Is there any fee for attendees? No

Where do I park? Plenty of free parking is available at the school.
Are the locations handicap accessible? Yes
What should I bring to the Open House? Bring multiple copies of your resume, documentation supporting successful student learning gains, and a copy of your valid teaching certificate.
Will there be a presentation? Yes, there will be a presentation in the School Auditorium at 11:00 AM. This is something you won't want to miss. The presentation will be followed by a tour that will begin at 12:00 pm.
Will there be interviews? No, interviews will not be conducted July 28th. Interviews will be scheduled to take place the following two weeks.
Should I bring my portfolio? Portfolios are optional but resumes are required.
What should I wear? Professional attire is suggested.
I am an experienced teacher. Should I attend the Open House? Yes, this event is designed specifically for experienced teachers.
