Online registration is required.  You will receive email confirmation after we receive your online registration. Register here. Please make sure you ARRIVE ON TIME. The event begins sharply at 8:30 am. Doors close at 12:45 pm.

This event is for highly qualified experienced teachers, legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, who can discuss proven student learning gains when interviewing with principals. You must demonstrate eligibility for Florida Teacher Certification. (For more information on state certification requirements visit www.fldoe.org.)

If you are new to Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) and have not yet applied and completed a profile in the District’s new eRecruiting system, you must do so in advance of the event at https://jobs.dadeschools.net/apply.asp.

Only the principals from the participating schools with openings for this coming school year will attend and will conduct interviews. Those candidates selected by principals to fill their open positions will receive an intent-to-hire document.  The actual hire will be contingent on the candidate fulfilling all the M-DCPS pre-employment requirements (e.g. eRecruiting Candidate Profile, certification, fingerprinting, drug testing, I-9 form.)

Plan ahead. Be proactive. Review the list of participating schools and send your resume to principals in advance. Check the school list frequently as the vacancies WILL change.

Remember to bring multiple copies of your resume.
